Policies



Shipping:  Our staff will determine the best method to ship, unless you specify a preference. Next day or second day orders received after 10:00am central time will be shipped the next working day. Orders over 200lbs. will be shipped hundred weight service. All shipping charges are billed back on the face of your invoice. Regular ground ship orders will be pulled, packed, and shipped in the order in which they are received. Shipping errors must be reported within (5) business days of the receipt of shipment for return authorization and credit.

Terms:  Minimum order is $100.00. For orders less than $100.00 there will be a $10.00 service charge added to the invoice.

Back Orders:  Any items back ordered will be noted. Items that fall below our minimum order or cannot be shipped within 15 days will be cancelled.

Damaged Goods:  If any items are missing or damaged from the carton(s), please report this to us within (5) working days of receipt of shipment. If you receive damaged or open carton(s), a seperate claim must be filed with the carrier within (5) business days. Be sure to sign "subject to inspection and verification" upon receipt of such carton(s).

Any boxes arriving damaged or open must be reported to the carrier immediately. Shortages must be reported to us within (5) business days of receipt of shipment or no credit can be given.

When returning products, please include the following information:

  •  Return Authorization Number
  •  Invoice Number / Date
  •  Product Number
  •  Reason for Return

To receive an authorization number, call customer service at 1-800-225-7593.

Returns:  ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). To receive an authorization #, please call your customer service representative with the reason for the return. We will replace or issue a credit for defective merchandise or merchandise shipped in error. Please clearly mark the RA # on the shipping label. Please include with the return material a completed Return Authorization Form which was provided with your order. We reserve the right to refuse credit items returned without any RA #.Any items returned without prior approval will be returned at sender's expense. A restocking or handling fee may apply for any returned goods.

Billiard Cue Warranty:  BE&M warranties its cues against manufacturer defects.

Chalked or abused cues are NOT subject to warranty or return. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or abuse to the tip and/or ferrule

Once the cue is purchased by the consumer, care of the cue and player abuse is out of our control. Player abuse or neglect does not constitute a defect.

Used, worn, scratched, or cues with soiled wraps do not constitute a defect. When determined to be defective, BE&M will repair or replace at its' option.

BE&M reserves the right to determine defects. All returns must be protected in a poly bag or other protective wrapping. Unbagged, mismatched, or unprotected cues will not be accepted.
